Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the statiny.com website (the "Service").

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either emailing us or tell us through contacting us.

A valid payment method, PayPal or credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Fee Changes

We, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Limitation Of Liability

You assume all risk associated with the addon installation and use of the Service (including without limitation all conduct associated with administration). In no event shall the Author be liable whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence (whether active, passive or imputed), product liability or strict liability or other theory), for cover or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including without limitation any loss of profits or data, business interruption, computer failure or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service or performance of any related services, irrespective of, even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. This agreement is terminated immediately if you fail to comply with it in any way. The Author has the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect property it or any of its agents hold title to. You may terminate it at any other time by deleting the Service bot from your application or canceling the Subscription.

The Service is Copyright of the Author and is protected by International copyright laws.

We may change Terms of Use from time to time. All changes will be affected on this page.
